Why We Built This Site
Indiana does not provide one public statewide arrest-warrant search. Noble County instead uses a linked chain: CaseLook offers the county court warrant list, MyCase may show a public warrant event inside a case summary, the clerk maintains court records, and the sheriff handles service and jail intake. Noble Circuit Court and Superior Courts I and II own different case types. Current state materials show the former Avilla and Cromwell town courts as abolished, so city citations generally route into the county court system rather than a separate municipal warrant portal. Bringing those distinctions together helps readers avoid treating one blank online result as final.
What You Will Find Here
- Warrant checks: how CaseLook, MyCase, the clerk, and sheriff provide different parts of an official status check
- Active records: what the county list shows and why a listing still needs direct confirmation
- Missed court dates: how Noble bench warrants and civil body attachments route through the issuing court
- Charge-based warrants: how arrest warrants are issued and served in Noble County
- Resolving a warrant: the steps to resolve a warrant, from talking to an attorney to posting bond and a motion to recall or quash
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to an Indiana court, sheriff's office, or government agency. Its limits are important:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages and control their own results, terms, and prices. A paid signup may generate a referral fee that supports this privately operated resource. Those results are not Noble County court or sheriff records. Confirm any warrant information through CaseLook, MyCase, the Clerk of the Noble County Courts, the issuing court, or the Sheriff's Department.
